RankSite provides SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) analysis for websites. We analyze your site and provide recommendations to improve visibility in search engines and AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.

Results are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Be responsible for all account activity
  • Be at least 13 years old

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

  • 3 free scans per account
  • Access to basic analysis features

4.2 Pro Plan

  • Unlimited scans
  • Automatic monitoring
  • Priority support
  • Billed monthly or yearly

4.3 Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel anytime, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Analyze websites you don't own or have permission to analyze
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
  • Resell or redistribute our analysis
  • Violate any applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by RankSite and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Accuracy of analysis
  • Specific SEO improvements
  • Compatibility with all websites

8. Limitation of Liability

RankSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked.
